Due to the intimate nature of our products, we offer a 30-day return policy on items that remain in their original, vacuum-sealed packaging to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Please note that once the sterile seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a clear photo of the sealed packaging to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in a discreet shipping box along with your RMA form to prevent damage during transit and protect your privacy.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the seal integrity, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
